Overall procedures of cooperation Our work with the customers in general case is organized through the following procedures The sales-manager arrives to the customer's object to present the detailed information about the company and to make agree about the conditions of future collaboration.  Production engineer inspects the object and draws up the cost-sheet.  The customer together with the sales-manager and production engineer corrects the cost-sheet and confirms the final volume, price and time-schedule of works.  The customer makes the prepayment (usually 50% of the confirmed cost of works).  Our company fulfils the works according to the cost-sheet and time-schedule. The time schedule of works can be considerably shortened, if the customer provides the possibility of twenty-four-hour works on the object.  The customer accepts the works done. In the case of revealed defects of works the company eliminates these defects by its own forces within the possible shortest time-period.  In case the customer order additional volume of works, the company carries out the indicated works with the simultaneous filling out the cost-sheet for additional volume of works.  The customer signs the acceptance act for the works done. The customer makes the final payment for the works.    Emergency operations In case of signing the frame agreement, we take care of all your emergency situations. Works on emergency objects are conducted in the twenty-four hour regime in any weather conditions.  All that is required from your side is to provide the access to the object.
